How to shop on thechocolatefactoryonline.com?
Shopping on our web store is really simple.
1. Click on the categories, choose a product and add the products to cart.
2. Then click on “Go to checkout” under the shopping cart. Choose your shipping method and then check out again.
3. Your shipping method will be indicated as an item in your shopping cart. Please verify your order and fill in your details.
4. Click on “Make Purchase” to proceed to payment. You will be directed to our Paypal gateway. You don’t need to have a Paypal account to make the purchase. Just fill in your credit card number.
What are the things that I should know?
- Please allow us 2 days to process your order. (i.e. if you make your purchase on 1st Nov, you’ll receive it on the 3rd, or on any other specified day)
- Please choose a shipment method before checking out. Your order may be rejected if there was no shipment method indicated.
- We only accept credit card payment on the online store.
